Cancellation of Subscription

Before Cancelling:

  • Assess Benefits: Take time to review the benefits and features you will lose access to upon cancellation. This ensures you are informed before making your decision.

  • Pending Payments: Ensure you have received all pending payouts and settled any outstanding financial matters.

  • Data Accessibility: Keep in mind that after cancellation, you may lose access to certain data or trading insights.

  • Provide Feedback: If you have any concern or factors that are bothering you in this decision, feel free to contact us any time in any platform you wish.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Process

  1. Log In to Your Dashboard

  2. Go to the Accounts Overview

    • On the left sidebar, click the home icon for your Dashboard

    • You'll land on the Accounts Overview page

    • Make sure you're on the “Active” tab to view your current accounts

  3. Locate the Account You Want to Cancel

    • Find the account you wish to cancel

    • Click the “Cancel Account” button next to it

  4. Confirm Cancellation

    • A confirmation popup will appear

    • Click “Cancel Account” to proceed

      ⚠️ Important

      Once you cancel your subscription, your account is automatically terminated as well. Our system is designed to link your subscription directly to your account access. The system will treat it as a full cancellation and shut down your account immediately— even if you intended to continue using it.


      Do not cancel using chargebacks: doing so will result in an automatic ban from the platform and non-recovery of your funds or accounts.

  5. Check the “Cancelled” Tab

    • Once cancelled, your account will appear in the “Cancelled” tab

    • The status will show as CANCELLED, along with the termination date
