🔐 How to Reset Your Password on the New Tradovate Platform

  1. Click the "Reset" Link in Your Credentials Email
    Look for the "Reset" link in your credentials email from Tradovate. This email will contain your account information and a direct link to reset your password.

  2. Insert the Username Provided in the Email
    On the reset page, enter the username that was provided to you in the email. Click on "Retrieve Password".

  3. Open the Password Reset Email
    Check your inbox for an email from Tradovate with the subject line similar to:
    ​"Password reset request"

  4. Right-Click the Reset Link
    In the email, right-click the reset link and choose:
    ➤ “Copy Link Address” (or “Copy Link” depending on your device)
    ​

  5. Paste the Link into a Browser
    Open a new tab in your browser and paste the link into the address bar.
    ​

  6. Make One Quick Change to the URL
    If the link starts with:
    ​https://fundingfutures.tradovate.com/...

    Change it to:
    ​https://trader.tradovate.com/...

  7. Press Enter to Load the Page
    After editing the link, hit Enter and you’ll be taken to the correct password reset page where you can proceed.
